A.Although many stationary stores and online service providers offer various power of attorney forms, you must realize this is an important and powerful legal document. It is one of a few that absolutely should be prepared (and at the very least reviewed) by an attorney prior to it being executed. Only an attorney can assure that the language used will meet your specific needs. Pre-printed forms can, and often do, lead to disaster often because they grant either too much or too little authority.
