Q.What are the different types of power of attorney?

A.A Power of Attorney is a legal document whereby the person signing it gives another person the legal authority to make legally and/or financially binding decisions for him or her. The legal authority granted can be broad or limited. There are three main types: a Non-Durable Power of Attorney, a Durable Power Of Attorney and a Springing Power Of Attorney. All three can be general (unlimited in time or scope) or specific (limited in time and scope).
