Q.How will emergency personnel (e.g. paramedics) find my Living Will or Durable Power Of Attorney For Health Care in an emergency?

A.We strongly suggest you care a card in your wallet that lists your emergency contact information, medication you are taking (if any), blood type, etc. In some states, paramedics are prohibited from opening your wallet. In those states, we recommend that you keep a copy in the glove box of your vehicle and somewhere visible in your home.
