Q.If the employee wins at the Labor Board and the Employer doesn't appeal or pay, what can the employee do?

A.If an employee wins his or her case before the Labor Commissioner and the employer does not appeal or pay the award, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) will on your behalf have the court enter the Labor Commissioner's ruling and award as a judgment. You may either try to collect the judgment yourself or you can assign it to DLSE.
