Q.Are all health benefit plans covered by Cal-COBRA?

A.Cal-COBRA covers employer group health, dental and vision plans. However, if the health insurance provider offered your employer a package of all three benefits, the insurance carrier is not required to provide the qualifying individual just the dental and/or vision components of the employer's plan.
