Q.When can the Board make a decision without a meeting?
A.Board decisions cannot be made without a meeting unless there is an emergency in which: (1) immediate attention is required, (2) the circumstances could not have reasonably been foreseen, (3) it would be impracticable to provide homeowner notice and (4) all of the Board directors have signed a written consent to the decision.
